   Our server Janet was amazing. she seemed busy but was attentive and went above and beyond. She has been our server almost every time we go to this restaurant and she is always giving amazing service with a smile. This lovely lady deserves a raise and acknowledging for her hard work.

   The waiters were terrible and only came around once or twice and seemed bothered to be there. The hostess seemed confused even though our reservation was there. She made a face when I said there was seven of us as stated in the reservation and we had to wait an extra ten minutes after getting to our reservation on time.

   We had the worst experience at this restaurant!! The Buca da Beppo chain is one of our favorites and usually our go to for special occasions. We had not been to this particular location in years. The service was the worst!!! The waiter basically ignored us the whole evening. Anytime we asked for something he acted put out and would not acknowledge that he heard us, just ignored us. He asked us to hand him plates, by saying “plates! “ and holding out his hand. We had to beg for water refills which he poured right over my mom’s plate while she was eating. So rude! Our chicken Parmesan was burnt and the rest of the food was fair at best. We were celebrating my mom’s 76th birthday and we had to tell our waiter 3 times before he even acknowledged that he heard us. The noise in the dining room was extremely loud and he kept my Dad’s credit card causing us to have to turn around and go back to retrieve it. I’ll never visit this particular location again.

   Prices have gone up significantly. It would be great if they sold a half portion of their “small” salads because even the small salad is too big & overpriced. Lettuce is not that expensive purchased wholesale. It would be nice if the dinner menu was friendlier to solo diners or 2 diners with smaller appetites.

   Food was delicious and large serving of spaghetti with l arge meat balls. Pizza was tasty as well !! Our server Alexa was super. She was very friendly and attentive. Her service was top notch !! If you ever in the Brea area to dine at buca. Make sure to ask for Alexa !!

   It was a great experience. The server was fantastic! The server was on top of her game. The chef was magnificent. Everything was so delicious!

   Food was very bad and service was also bad . The bill was very high , the garlic bread didn’t come on time , we don’t want to Buca again

    We dine at this restaurant from time to time. We usually have a table in the bar area. This part feels like a small restaurant. Service is always excellent and the staff is attentive.
