We’ve eaten at Bucas for 2 decades. This one and downtown. This one has gone WAY downhill. Terrible service, out of iced tea (not even sure how that happens), raviolis cold, server never came back after food came to the table, someone else gave us our check to pay…. It was some sort of weird dining experience. Never again. Too many great places to eat.

Lasagna wasn’t the best. Food just seemed lower quality that what it used to be. Servers were nice and tried hard.

Atmosphere is fun! Family style is an adjustment, but allows variety. Service was mediocre, but the food was all good!

It took 30 minutes for our waitress to even come to greet us once we were sat. Then after we placed our drink order and appetizer order, our appetizer came before our drinks. Our waitress was never anywhere to be found. We even asked another waitress to find her and the other waitress couldn’t find her. Lots of tables were unhappy and not being bussed.

We sat at our table for 15 minutes before our waitress even acknowledged us and we weren’t given menus when we were seated. Our appetizers came out fast but then we waited over a hour for our food even while 6+ tables around us came and went, including tables that came in long after us. Every time our waitress came around it was then 20 minutes before we saw her again even when we were asking for refills. We were there for 2.5 hours and ended up not even having time to eat the cake we brought to celebrate someone’s birthday.
