This was our second time here. We had an amazing night especially our kids. Our server ANTHONY is amazing, friendly, assisted us very well and gave us a great service. Even though we already have an idea of what we are getting into regarding ordering and menus he still explain a few. He was so helpful and patiently wait to our orders when our teenagers can't even decide on what to drink and with our toddlers. The place is also amazing with a lot of things to look at and give more information regarding history and food.

Probably the least favorable experience I've had at Buca di Beppo. My wife and I have been dining there on New Year's Day for the last few years, and this time we invited our good friends to share in the experience To be fair, the staff was shorthanded, apparently due to several callouts, and the bartender was doubling as our server. While he tried to project a good attitude, we could tell something was amiss in his demeanor. He didn't want to be there. The fare was marginally good, but not as good as it has been for the last several dining experiences there. My friend couldn't even eat his eggplant parmesan it tasted so bad. They made it right by taking it off his bill and giving him a replacement entree, but the experience was one of disappointment. My chicken entree was pretty good, but a little dryer than I remember it being. I will say the portions were very generous, as they always are at Bucca di Beppo, but I let the staff know that we probably won't be in attendance on New Year's Day 2026. Perhaps we just caught them on a bad night; and it happens. To be clear, I am not slagging BDB, just letting them know that it was not up to par vis-a-vis their usual standards of excellence.

Our server (Chris) had served us before when we celebrated our daughter's birthday. He was great once again with his courteous, kind, and personable service. We look forward to out next visit. I just wish they had salad available, but the food was great nonetheless.
