The waiter did not want to be there. He was annoyed with every question we had. Our bill was not small we ended up paying 360.00 for 5 people. Not a good experience.

I have hadThanksgiving there before. We definitely did recieve as much Turkey, Stuffing, and Gravy last year. I think they reduced it this year. That said , the food was very tasty! The Best part was our Waiter. I could not have asked for a more professional and warm Server. He was truly one of the best servers I have had in my 60 years on this planet. It's a shame I didn't get his name, so I could give him his due.

Buca di Beppo is our favorite place for years now, especially on holidays. We get happy just coming in the door. Great food, lots of choices, enjoyed that chopped salad. The staff is so welcoming and cheerful while professional. We’ll be back again soon

Excellent. We liked that we were offered not only the menu of Italian foods, but also traditional American fare b/c it was Thanksgiving Day. Our waiter David was top-notch; he is the sort of waiter/server which every restaurant should have.

the antipasti salad is so good, the lunch size portion is the perfect size for lunch and the service is also very good

Alfredo pasta was totally different, was missing something. I kept calling the waiter to bring us stuff since he wouldn’t come often to check on group.

Food was of high quality, as usual. The service was noticeably inferior to past experience. Our waiter was rushed off his feet with work, but he also seemed a bit curt and surly. He seemed to regard us as just another imposition. English did not seem to be his native language, and he did not write down our order. I specifically told him that I wanted a glass of dry, red "house wine" to be served when my main course arrived. I never received the wine and it was not recorded on the billing. This was very disappointing, as my wife and I were there for our anniversary dinner. Hence, for the inferior service, I left him an inferior tip. When we were leaving, I did inform the receptionist that the waiter's English language skills, attitude, and service were markedly inferior to our previous experience at the same restaurant.
