Not great. Server told us ‘better luck next time’ when we told him the dessert was freezer burned. Lol

The server was awful. She had no personality/ she was not attentive/ from what I could tell she had 5 tables. We asked for lemon on waters, nope none. She never checked on us when Steven(who was great) gave us our food. She never asked if we wanted desserts…… we couldn’t tell if she was new or just unhappy! Seriously took 20 minutes to get 3 waters and a diet soda. Had it not been for Steven and his kindness I would say we would never go back! I’m was thankful they were open. We normally go on Thanksgiving but since I worked 6 ong days in a row I needed a break and a treat of decent meal. We had stuffed shells, lasagna. Apple salad and chicken Marcella. There was not enough sauce on shells or lasagna / very dry. We had to ask for bread and when it arrived it was cold. Overall not a pleasant experience. My son really wanted cheesecake and husband wanted tiramisu.

We come to this location for Christmas each year and sometimes for Mother's day or Easter. We are delighted to find a restaurant open on Christmas and never take that for granted. We had a party of 7 and ordered 2 meat entrees, a vegetarian entree and a salad, all large. We received excellent service. Food was great, though we notice small changes in the recipes from year to year that we like a little less. Still, it's great food, makes great leftovers and is the best option for a large group outside of cooking at home. We love Buca and hope to continue coming here for years to come!

We went for Christmas Eve dinner with my family of 4- including two kids. I had not been there in years but I remember the food being very good. We ordered our dinner and had service was good. Salad, garlic bread, two pasta dishes, chicken parm and fountain drinks. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The chicken parm was gross- i took a few bites and it was hard to chew- mushy and slimy. The noodle dishes were fine but not great either- my littlest didn’t want to eat the spaghetti, his usual fav food. Then the bill came and the sticker shock was real. Over $180! I realized that I really didn’t look at the prices before we ordered turns out the gross chicken was $37.99! And it was clear we ordered too much food that no one seemed to really care for and were about pay a lot of money for it. We took the leftovers home and left a nice tip for the server. It just really sucks to pay a lot of money for food that isn’t good.

Had spaghetti, garlic cheese bread, Cesar salad and cheese cake - meal was delicious!

The stuffed mushrooms were incredible!! We had the Chicken Alfredo with cheesey french bread. It was delicious. We took home Tiramisu to have later in the evening. Service was impeccable.

We just weren’t impressed. We ordered 2 pizzas at $40 each and they were pretty small, cut at weird random angles. Appetizers 2 were cold took 30 minutes to get. Everybody was super friendly and nice no problem there just food was not impressive not bad but not good either especially when you pay $130 for 4 people. (That’s with a tip)

Ordered coffee that came out tepid. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Server did get us fresh coffee after we told her about it. Prosciutto chicken was good but Cesar salad was mediocre and brown. Pasta shells were cold. The filling was slimy. I will probably not return to this restaurant unless they upgrade their food quality.

Our experience was very positive. Our server was friendly and efficient; the food was excellent; the manager stopped by our table. We all enjoyed everything about the evening.
