This is an ok restaurant with ok service and ok food. If you have a larger group that will eat the same food, the family style dishes may be able to accommodate your party and save some money. If you want variety, or your own plate, then take a pass.

We had the lunch specials, spaghetti and meatball on the children's menu, garlic bread and the Italian cream cake. All were very good. We haven't been to Buca since COVID so it was a nice treat, since it's such a fun restaurant to visit. The wait staff was very attentive and delivery of our food was quick. The child's spaghetti was HUGE and a big hit for our young-one - he loved the meatball! I ranked the value of the meal at a 4 because pre-COVID we would receive bread prior to the meal and apparently that is no longer offered (or maybe that is unique to the restaurant we visited), so we ordered 4 pieces of garlic bread and it was - yikes! Overall, though, we loved our visit.

We went for Father's Day at 11 am right when they opened. We all arrived by 11:15 and that was fine. Our server was pleasant and prompt but didn't hover even though it wasn't very busy. We had snall orders salad, cheese bread, chicken parm and spaghetti/meatballs; there was plenty for our family of 4 with leftovers. It was so nice to go to Buca again (we hadn't been since before the Burnaville location burned down) and we were not disappointed!
