Food was ok. It came out in stages. Not by choice, they seemed to have forgotten half our meal and they forgot to add the chicken to the fettuccine. When it came time to pay it took over 30 minutes to get and pay the bill. Not sure I will be returning.

It was all wonderful other than the manager. We had a party of 20 people to celebrate my engagement and my birthday. The staff welcoming were great but the manager seemed irritated when they told him we were there and gave us no welcome. I was instructed to arrive early and order before my guest arrive and that seemed like a problem to him as well. Again the staff and food was amazing aside from the manager who at the end decided to come in smiling like he did anything to make the visit pleasant. I ended up leaving a 25% cash tip on top of the 18% I already paid included with the meal I just hope it went to the right people.

We recently visited this restaurant on a weekday evening to celebrate our mom’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations, particularly compared to past visits. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but it seemed there was only one server managing the majority of the floor, including our larger party. This created a rushed atmosphere, with a noticeable push to order quickly. Drink refills were slow, and while the food was decent, it wasn’t memorable or worth the 45 minute drive. What stood out most was how the birthday aspect of the evening was handled. Staff asked if we wanted them to sing “Happy Birthday,” which struck us as unusual—it felt like we were being discouraged because of their staffing situation. Thus, we awkwardly declined a happy birthday chant for when dessert came out. Unlike past visits, there was no complimentary dessert offered for the occasion, which felt like a missed opportunity to make the evening special. Perhaps we’d used a dessert coupon in past years which we didn’t receive this year, but when spending a few hundred dollars on a meal, you’d think a small complimentary dessert for the person celebrating their birthday would be offered. The server, albeit friendly and likely overwhelmed to no fault of her own, seemed eager to move us along; while we were still eating and chatting, we were asked if we were ready for boxes. This gave the impression that they were focused on wrapping up rather than letting us enjoy our celebration. To add to the underwhelming experience, the exterior of the building was poorly lit. It was so dark that we initially thought the restaurant might be closed. Overall, this visit did not match the positive experiences we’ve had here in the past. With the long drive and the decline in service, we’ll likely think twice before returning.

They no longer have garlic mashed potatoes. Odd business decision as that was one of their best dishes. We went for my daughter’s Bday. They asked if we wanted them to sing and we said yes but they never did. Other than that the food was good.

Service being greeted was not good. Five employees stood talking and wouldn't even turn to greet us. We were brought silverware and plates that were dirty also the beans were cold. Rest of food was good. Our waiter wasn't very helpful and slow.

Our family of 6 went to celebrate our daughter's 20th birthday. We ordered the antipasto salad (very good) + 3 small entree's. They were good--especially the chicken marsala. We were disappointed that there was no birthday treat provided, most restaurants offer that. Service was friendly, though a couple of hiccups (wrong check given to us for more than double ours). Overall it felt that for the price, we should have gotten more. Sad to see a once great restaurant chain struggle.

We had simply the best Service and Food… celebrated 3 birthdays and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had a party of 10 and the staff was on top of everything. Highly recommend the Lemon cake.. best desert. Thanks for a magnificent experience…we will be back.
