   Horrible experience and would have left had it not had been our daughter’s birthday and she wanted wings. They didn’t have our reservation, then after 40 minutes they gave away our table to a group who had only been there 10-15 minutes (I watched them all come in), then we ended up there for 1 hour and 50 minutes before we were finally served our dinner. No communication between wait staff with parties waiting for a table, and extremely rude waitress who after telling us they didn’t use Open Table for reservations and then telling us that the other party took our table, also told me that she didn’t need to listen to my attitude... WOW. When speaking to the manager, Rick, I was informed they did use Open Table. Apparently no one told the wait staff. This was my first time using Open Table and I’ll be deleting the app.

   It took us 2.5 hours from the time we got there to the time we got our tickets and left. We were only eating for about ten minutes of that time and my drink was never refilled during the visit. Waitress was polite but not attentive to customers and gave incorrect change to multiple people in our party of 10. She brought out food and forgot two people’s orders and had to go back to get them/submit the order. The food tasted great, but the service was less than optimal to say the least.

   I have eaten at this restaurant several times, but if this had been my first, I wouldn't go back. We tried getting into the restaurant at lunch and failed because it was so busy. I made reservations for supper at 7. Even with reservations, it took a while to get seated. Once seated, it took 15 minutes for the waitress to get our drink order another 15 minutes for her to come back and get our actual order. It was another 20 minutes before we got our appetizers. In the meantime, my toddler spilled her drink and no one bothered to help us. After our appetizers, it was another 20 minutes before we got our entrees. Upon receiving our entrees, we found out that the waitress had failed to take the order of one of my sons. So we had to wait another 10 minutes for him to get his meal. It was a busy night at the restaurant, but the other waitresses were bobbing and weaving through their tables and taking care of their customers. Ours would disappear for long periods of time, then come out, take care of a couple of customers, and then stand around biting her lip. Generally, I like Buffalo Wild Wings, but this time was a terrible experience.

   Table was not ready when we arrived. They either was understaffed or not trained well. Took forever to get beers then it was warm and food was cold and burgers seemed like they were made at lunch

   Over priced for the quality, very noisy. The wait staff is not very attentive.
