Bull & Bourbon is a cut above other steakhouses – literally. Our innovative approach to classic steakhouse cuisine makes for a multi-sensory experience. Enjoy steaks prepared on our custom wood burning grill paired with our extensive and hand-selected bourbon menu for flavors that beautifully complement each other. Because we source local coastal California seafood, use steaks cut from our in-house butcher program, and choose select cuts from our on-site aging room, we always start with top-quality ingredients to create mouthwatering dishes. You will always know from where your food has been sourced, and our chefs approach cooking as the true art that it is.

Tuvimos mala experiencia tardaron mucho en llevar las comida y no llevaron una orden que pedimos, aparte 2 personas estaban discutiendo con el gerente

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Bull and Bourbon. And it was a dining experience. We didn’t go to Sycuan for any other reason. Our waiter, Daniel, was knowledgeable about the wine I asked about and our food choices. He was on the spot with anything we needed as was everyone else. This appeared to be the case at other tables too. While the prime rib special portion isn’t as thick as shown in some advertising, it’s very good, as are the sides. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer, which was excellent. Also ordered the basic Mac & cheese - very good. The atmosphere is really special. Someone put a lot of thought into the decor. High end yet comfortable. We’re definitely going back and are looking forward to it.

The prime rib came out very cold. They should have heated the plates to make sure the meat was warm and also the auju was cold too

Prime rib was good. Mashed potatoes were cold and zucchini was undercooked and tasted fishy. Over all was a good value for the prime rib special but feels like a Dennys meal in such a nice restaurant. I would love to try their normal menu.
