Buon Gusto significa "buen gusto" en italiano. Este establecimiento busca que el "buen gusto" de Italia se traslade a todos los aspectos del restaurante. El Buon Gusto está situado en el edificio del Victoria Hotel de la plaza St. George, en el centro de Guelph. El ambiente es cálido e informal, con paredes de piedra vista y un diseño interior contemporáneo. El horno de leña, hecho en Reggello, Toscana, es "il cuore" (el corazón) del Buon Gusto. El restaurante importa harina Molino Caputo tipo 00 y tomates San Marzano de Italia, para lograr pizzas en el estilo tradicional napolitano, de masa fina y crujiente, horneadas a 900 grados Fahrenheit durante solo 90 segundos. El menú también incluye pastas hechas a partir de recetas familiares y platillos pequeños de antipasti, ideales para compartir con amigos y familiares.

    We got seated right away and enjoyed an evening of delicious cocktails, savory appetizers and a delicious warming meal! The only thing we would say is that some of the food could’ve used more salt, but there was salt and pepper on the table so that was easy fix! Also parking on busy nights is sometimes a disaster in downtown Guelph, but all in all we enjoyed! We will definitely be back!

    Food and staff both amazing! Great restaurant before a show at the River Run Centre Only a 5 minute walk to the theatre as well A neighbourhood gem!!

    The food was absolutely amazing it was Valentine's Day and was very busy, but that was to be expected. Inspite of that the food arrived quickly and the service was good. This is my favorite Guelph restaurant, the braised beef cheek was one of the best meals of my life.

    The staff took the initiative of processing a custom request of writing a small note at our reservation. The service was fast and the server was friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend.

    Buon Gustos continues to be our Go-To Restaurant for Lunch and Dinner, offering top quality Italian cuisine. Food is always piping hot and generous in portion, all of which is fairly priced. My Wife and I have been eating at Buon Gusto’s since it opened and we have literally eaten everything that is offered on the Menu. We can honestly say that there is nothing that has been anything but delicious. Staff and Owner are always attentive, ensuring that we ( and all Guests) are quite literally pampered in a comfortable and upscale setting. Buon Gustos has also provided us with onsite “large Group” services for my Wife’s 60th as well as a small (2nd) Wedding Dinner celebration for my daughter and husband, on both occasions providing our Groups of approximately 20 with great food in an attractive private setting with a warm atmosphere and dedicated Staff. Thank you Buon Gusto for being there for us for many years and being so important in creating brilliant Family memories! William and Monica Stanley Campbellville
