   This is our new go to, literally every dish we’ve had so far has been review worthy. The flavors combine from northern to Southern Italy, unique, complex, not heavy, you can eat it all!! The homemade pastas I wish I could eat everyday. That’s how good it is. Make a reservation and go, then go again. I plan on trying the entire menu with my wife and I can’t wait.

   Caffe Milano did a nice job of converting a rundown diner into a nice restaurant. The service was okay but they needed more staff for a fine dining experience. Most importantly, the food was excellent. The lasagne and gnocchi were delicious. The veal scarpiello was well prepared and memorable. The desserts were also homemade and well prepared. Highly recommend the canoli and the tiramisu. Will definitely return.

   Quaint and inviting lighting and size. Dinners were excellent, as was service. Unfortunately, the cold drafts from the windows was very uncomfortable for those seated right next to them, markedly distracting from the overall enjoyment. Will be back in warmer weather. Table sizes are maxed-out at four so we will generally not be able to add this to our Friday night group list.

   Here’s a concise and engaging review: A Must-Try Gem in North Kingstown! I had an incredible dining experience at this Italian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and perfectly prepared dishes. The desserts were creative and a delightful way to end the meal. On top of that, the service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and truly made the evening special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable meal!

   This was our first time dining at cafe Milano and we were quite pleased overall. This cute former diner was cozy and welcoming and the food was delicious. We sat at the bar and I loved that we were able to reserve the bar seats! Addie was very attentive and pleasant. The portions were plentiful as well. We will definitely return again!

   Food was amazing …. Service top notch, atmosphere very pleasing…. Unfortunately there was a “superior” attitude from the person we were told was THE owner ….: HELP YR STAFF SIR …. It is a small space and it takes the whole team …..

    I last came here when it as Snoopys 50 years ago as an officer in the National Guard at Camp Varnum. When I didn’t have a course to teach that Sunday morning, I was allowed to attend Mass and have breakfast off base. Snoopys was the go to place for breakfast. Today, Caffe Milano has achieved an excellent transition into a fine dining experience.The ambience, servers, and food were of superior quality. I wish them luck and good fortune in their new endeavors.
