One thing less for you to worry about and our pleasure to take care of to make this a memorable experience. NOTE: we require a minimum 4 hours' notice for this add-on. Please call the restaurant directly at 905-291-7814 if this is a last minute request (i.e. less than 4 hours' notice) to discuss if this is still feasible. We will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

    Enjoy a VIP Dinner - a very generous four-course dinner, a bouquet of flowers, rose petals in your seating area and a personalized printed menu. Additionally, our entire dinner menu is open to you on top of the VIP set menu. Visit cagneys.ca/vip for full details. NOTE: $120 per person, plus tax and 18% gratuity. Cancellation fees of 2 x $50 ($100 per couple) for 'day of' cancellations or no-shows. We will contact you for credit card info. Please use the comments section to advise the text you'd like to see in the header of the printed menu ("Happy Anniversary, Priya!" etc.), with 24hr notice, if possible.     We had to wait about 15 minutes for our table even after making reservations, in all fairness it was New Year’s Eve. After being seated, we waited another 20-30 minutes to have our table changed as it was in the centre of the restaurant, not private at all even though we had notified the restaurant of our 10 year anniversary ahead of time. Our food was delicious, even though it took a while to come out. One of our salads was forgotten, however the waiter treated us to complimentary dessert to make up for this. We had a good time, however over the experience was not worth what we spent.

    Service was amazing, entertainment was extravagant, and the food was exceptional! Had a wonderful New Year’s Eve dinner with my family, we will definitely be doing this again next year.

    Wonderful New Years Eve Dinner. Busiest night of the year for restaurants but staff made it look seamless. Food was wonderful and done to perfection. We had an early reservation by our choice but everything was set up and ready. We were not rushed to prepare for the next customers. Very happy and looking forward to visiting again very soon.

    Great food, service, live music. We had a very loud young group of 10 boys who should ideally be at the bar area so we can enjoy fine dining. Thanks

    Great ambience! Very pricey menu. Chk it out before you go.. service was good and we was ok. For the price .. service should be at a higher level. Overall a nice experience!

    Food was well presented and good portions. Disappointed though about some of the service - for example, 3 ppl dining, all the food should come out together - one person had to wait some time for their meal. Secondly, it is also more professional to clear all the plates at the same time vs taking one when others are still eating. The last thing that was odd, is at the time of the bill, they never presented an actual paper bill - just brought over the card machine with the amount typed in and indicated tip was already added. Very weird. I asked for a paper copy of the bill but it seemed to be a bother and never got one.

    Lots of parking in the plaza. The service was very good & food came out in a good, timely manner. The steak bites were delicious and the size of steak was generous. Went at an earlier time (late afternoon/early evening) so it was nice and quiet to enjoy a meal.
