Canter's Deli offers an authentic deli-style experience unparalleled anywhere on the West Coast. Our endless menu is full of breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items available 24 hours a day. Fresh baked goods are available from our bakery. A full bar and Cocktail Lounge is open 10:30 am-1:40 am.
To-Go orders are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Known for Pastrami and Corned Beef Reubens, Tuna Melt, Matzo Ball Soup, Potato Pancakes, Burgers, Salads, 24 hours Breakfast, Homemade Pickles Full Bakery case and many other great dishes. There is something for everyone including Veggie and Vegan

Had the New York style bagel and salmon plate and it was delicious, particularly the crisp onion slice, the good tomato slices, and the new dill pickles. The interior has seen better days, and the neighborhood is a bit down, but a pleasant walk back to Miracle Mile and the Museums.

A historic deli with great food! Can't go wrong with a sandwich and a bowl of matzo ball soup.

Canters is stuck in time but the food and service are still fantastic. Authentic and delicious food brings me back to my childhood. If you are looking for authentic Jewish deli food, this is there place!

Canter's is frozen in time! Reminded me of the delis of my youth. Good food, fair prices, good portions and friendly service.

Canter's is a classic, and we had a great time. The food is great, though I wish they had whitefish salad sandwiches on the menu. A bit more noise control from the live music in the bar would be nice. Also, those bathrooms are basically a crime.
