Located inside Red's Fly Shop and just feet from the Yakima River, The Canyon River Grill serves gourmet food and wine and a feeling of intimacy and adventure.     Everything was phenominal. The host was great and sat us early, our waitress was super friendly, professional and efficient. The ambiance was perfect for Valentine’s Day. Hubby had the Waygu burger and I had the steak salad. Absolutely delicious. This place is a gem. We will definitely recommend to others and plan to return ourselves.

    Everything was Awesome from the time we arrived. The Halibut was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve ate at a lot of restaurants that are considered 4-5 star places. Our waiter was really great. Atmosphere was wonderful and place was clean and warm for it being 30 degrees outside. The prices are great for drinks / dinners compared to other restaurants I’ve been to lately, and I and my girlfriend look forward to to going back soon.

    Our dinner was absolutely delicious. We had the bread and gulf shrimp to start, which was great. My husband had the cipoinno, and I had the catfish with hush puppies and the seafood chowder. The few times in the past we came, my husband ordered the fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy, which was his favorite. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back again.

    When I moved to lower kittitas county a approximately 1 1/2 years ago, I was skeptical that I would ever find excellent food in this area. (I thought I would have to travel to the west side.) Not so. Canyon River Grill's food is excellent. (I don't usually rate restaurants as I am so particular about what I think constitutes fine cuisine.) I am so grateful to the Chef and staff for making my birthday dinner the best!

    We had a table of 6 and all of our meals were outstanding! We had great service and overall, a great experience to kick off the holiday madness! Highly recommend the Scallops puttanesca, the best meal I have ever had in Ellensburg!
