   Eddie was a phenomenal waiter. He upsaled the cheese bread which was a must and a no regret order. The meal would it be the same without the cheese bread. We had a great time. Had wine and expresso martinis. We really wanted desert but were overall full. Next time.

   The restaurant was nice the waiter was good. The food was just ok compared to the cost.

   The ambience was very nice… The service was good and the food was delicious. There was a little lag between the appetizers and the entrées, but the delicious cocktails in between made up for it! The dishes were big enough for sharing. That speakeasy afterwards was really cool!

   Carmella proved to be a delightful dining experience, offering outstanding food and an inviting ambiance that truly enhances the overall visit. The dishes we tried were not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor, showcasing a thoughtful blend of ingredients that pleased the palate. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, striking a perfect balance between cozy and sophisticated. Soft lighting and tasteful décor created a relaxing environment, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the meal. Our server was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, providing recommendations that undoubtedly elevated our dining experience. They took the time to understand our preferences and guided us toward some of the restaurant's standout dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, Carmella is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal in a beautiful setting, complete with attentive service and delicious food. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

   The food was amazing and the view was even better. Sit outside for a great view of the Bellagio fountains! Highly recommend!

   This was our second time dining here, ordering mostly different items. Our waiter’s recommendations were fantastic. Everything we have had there has been exceptional.  The service is sensational. While it is expensive it’s not out of line with other high-quality restaurants, and definitely lives up to the billing. We have been to a lot of restaurants in Vegas. Caramella’s is at the top of the list!

   Probably the best food we had while in Vegas. I got pasta and my fiance got a filet. Both were so delicious! Definitely would return

   First visit. Came because the reviews were great. Did not disappoint. My husband and ai shared an arugula and fennel salad. He had the chicken parm and I had the sea bass piccata. All was excellent! We both would come back. Only complaint is that the tables were quite small for 2 people and spaced a little tight.
