   Terrific cheese and chicken enchiladas. Best green sauce in town! Everything tastes fresh including the chips, salsa and bean dip. Comfy neighborhood vibe with pleasant patio and dining room. We'll be back!

   First time there. Food was great. I had the open faced relleno with shrimp and my wife had Costillas. Both were excellent. High quality ingredients and creative recipes. Service not so good. Bad service ruins what otherwise should be a good experience. People at an adjacent table (who had a different server) assured us on their way out that they come weekly and the service they saw us receive was not normal. So there is my balanced review. Food and atmosphere both great though.

   The food was some of the worst I've ever had in the valley. The enchiladas were severely spicy. The beef was so mangled with tendons that it wasn't edible. The sautéed veggies were swimming in oil and seasoning. Super bummer… I hope I save someone the trip. The waitress was really nice but disappeared for the last 45 minutes. Had heard nice things about this place so it's a shame to have this experience.

   Carbòn Mexican Eatery delivered an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-tier, led by the charismatic and knowledgeable general manager, Jacob. He treated our table with genuine warmth, guiding us through the menu with the expertise of a seasoned chef. His recommendations? Spot on. And let’s just say—his sharp sense of style was an added bonus. To start, a glass (or two!) of Montinore Pinot Gris. Crisp, beautifully acidic, and the perfect complement to the warm Scottsdale afternoon. Jacob ensured it was served at just the right temperature, enhancing its bright, refreshing notes. For the main event: chicken fajitas. The dish arrived sizzling, accompanied by caramelized onions, vibrant bell peppers, creamy guacamole, crema, beans, rice, and freshly made corn tortillas. The portion was generous, and the thoughtful addition of fresh lime wedges elevated every bite. And let’s not forget the complimentary tortilla chips, house-made salsa, and warm refried bean dip—pure perfection. The setting? An intimate patio, effortlessly stylish and inviting. With Scottsdale’s mid-70s weather, dining al fresco at Carbòn is a must. This spot is a true hidden gem, and I’ll absolutely be back for more.

   Amazing food! Probably the best rice I’ve ever had and pastor tacos were sized right and tons of flavor. Would definitely recommend trying this place out and definitely worth the drive from Scottsdale to eat here!

   The wait was very very long to get drinks and food even after we ordered. Food was excellent although they did not have a kids menu.

   Food is very good. Tables are ridiculously small and the plates are large. 4 people at the outdoor tables simply doesn’t work.
