We had an amazing time at Carbon Steak and will be going back in the future! The ambiance of the place was upscale and modern. We were there on a Tuesday so it wasn't too busy but still felt lively. Megan our server and the gentleman who I assume is the manager (didn't catch his name) were both outstanding. Attentive without being overbearing. The little extras like the braised rib bite and the vodka with the caviar were excellent touches. The food was incredible. Bone-In Rib Eye was cooked to perfection and so flavorful. The Spicy Radiatori lived up to it's name and was delicious. Cocktails, Wine and dessert were all great and if you like Espresso Martini's get one here!

Seafood tower is a winner can be either an entree or an appetizer! Steak was seasoned and grilled to perfection. Teagan was a great server despite having a trainee and the manager checked in often and was very friendly. The experience here was top notch. We were celebrating our anniversary so the total experience mattered.

The manager and our server were attentive and very hospitable. The NY Strip was very good along with the steak and frites. Recommend for a romantic night or a gathering with friends. Being our visit during the week the restaurance was not packed, but the people that were there seemed to really enjoy themselves. Diverse menu. We hope to be back when visiting Milwaukee

I took my wife here for her birthday and we were extremely impressed! The service from all the staff was amazing. Our waiter Ramon was highly knowledgeable and his recommendations for food and drink were spot on. I unfortunately didn’t get the bartender’s name however, she was personable and engaged with my wife throughout the evening. The food was perfect! The ambience was very intimate and modern. They even brought out a decadent chocolate cake for my wife’s birthday at the end. We can’t wait to go back!

Great experience and would highly recommend for a delightful date night. You must try the seabass and braised short ribs… the server was attentive and hospitable… get a prickly pear to drink.

We went all seafood this visit. Mussels starter-good portion for 2, plump, & very tasty broth preparation. Wife had Chilean sea bass with gluten free pasta, asparagus & tasty Parmesan sauce. Nice crusty top, butter smooth filet. I had the scallops with mushroom risotto. Good size serving, crisped top & tender meat. Risotto was creamy but still good firmness. Mushrooms throughout and great buttery flavor. Flourless chocolate cake to go as no room left. Enjoyed later.

I brought my sister for her bday and everything was great from being seated the set up the waitress everything was great and they were super nice and resourceful The Prosecco with a splash of grenadine was freaking amazing No complaints will be back to try something new!!

Wonderful meal! Great menu, bar service! Staff and owner professional, knowledgeable, and a delightful. Definitely a new favorite when we are in the Milwaukee area. We were celebrating our 20th Anniversary and my partners 61 Birthday!
