Carbone is Chef Mario Carbone’s homage to the great Italian American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable and unpretentious. His food captures the essence of that history but takes its culinary cues from the kitchens of his childhood, the great talents with whom he worked throughout his early career and incorporates his signature techniques that blend familiar and bold flavors to create the most craveable dishes. We call this Carbone Italian.

Lugar muy agradable y con una muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal. Su carta de vinos es excelente proporcionando una muy buena selección de vinos de importación y locales . Felicidades y sigan así.

La comida buena, excesivamente lento, incapaces de resolver el cómo cobrar la cuenta con tarjetas del extranjero hasta que demuestras con tres tarjetas diferentes que el problema es su sistema

Un gran restaurante, con una magnífica ambientación, un súper servicio, con comida espectacular, magnífica carta de vinos, el único punto es que si bien es un restaurante muy caro, me parece que algunos platos están muy sobrevalorados, por lo demás es un excelente lugar.

Food was excellent! Rigatoni was the star of the show as always! Service was on point. Table for 8 was small and uncomfortable, they just fit 8 around a round made for 6. Not as busy as NY or MIA.

By far the best experience we have had at this Carbones. From the food to the service everything was amazing. Definitely worth a visit.

Our server Kyle and his crew were excellent. Though the environment was more upbeat and noisy (fun energy with pop music) the service and experience felt like fine dining, making it an optimal experience for a fun dinner with friends. Everyone from Kyle to his back serverto the sommelier were prompt, engaging and attentive. One of our guests was a winter drinker and when requesting a pick from the som, was impressed that the som chose a wine based on my friends preferences and not by the price point. The goal was for him to enjoy his experience and the wine and not sell him the most expensive bottle. The food was well timed, served family style and we all enjoyed each dish, from the pre course breads and hors d’oeuvres to dessert. We will definitely be coming back!

Valet was backed up, the food was wasn’t anything special, and we were waiting a long time to get food and drinks.

The food was outstanding! This was our third time to Carbone and as always every course was delicious and on point. The espresso martinis were also fantastic. My only complaint is the service is so rigid. At one point we asked for an extra lamp at the table and we were denied. We had ordered several appetizers to start with and asked if we could course out our appetizers rather than have all of them arrive at once and were again denied this request. It’s just a shame because the food is so good but I forgot how inflexible the service is.
