Carbone is Chef Mario Carbone’s homage to the great Italian American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable and unpretentious. His food captures the essence of that history but takes its culinary cues from the kitchens of his childhood, the great talents with whom he worked throughout his early career and incorporates his signature techniques that blend familiar and bold flavors to create the most craveable dishes. We call this Carbone Italian.

Lugar muy agradable y con una muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal. Su carta de vinos es excelente proporcionando una muy buena selección de vinos de importación y locales . Felicidades y sigan así.

La comida buena, excesivamente lento, incapaces de resolver el cómo cobrar la cuenta con tarjetas del extranjero hasta que demuestras con tres tarjetas diferentes que el problema es su sistema

Un gran restaurante, con una magnífica ambientación, un súper servicio, con comida espectacular, magnífica carta de vinos, el único punto es que si bien es un restaurante muy caro, me parece que algunos platos están muy sobrevalorados, por lo demás es un excelente lugar.

We had a lovely intimate evening. The ambiance is beautiful. The prices are notoriously high. We did splurge a significant amount for this experience.

Expensive. Worth it. Service was friendly, fast, efficient. Cocktails, Caesar salad, spicy rigatoni were perfect.

Our experience this time was degrading to say the least from the hostess group. The restaurant had many open tables that remained open throughout the time we were there. My guest was an 85 year old who had difficulty walking. After seeing that the hostess walked us to the back corner of the restaurant to the furthest table by the bar and the kitchen, our view was the kitchen with the curtain open. I requested another table. The hostess went back to the hostess desk and returned with the answer being we do not have an available table. Clearly they did. I do want to say that our waiter tried to make up for the disrespect, however, the damage was done and we will not be returning or suggesting this place of dining again.

One of the best meals of my life! Fantastic service and ambiance. A little pricey for portion sizes, but it was fun to splurge for a special event.
