At Caribou the surroundings are comfortable and the focus is contemporary cuisine of exceptional quality. Signature dishes created by our Chef include certified Angus tenderloin, cedar plank salmon, black and blue ahi tuna and wood oven pizzas. Our desserts are prepared in-house by our pastry chef. We feature an extensive wine list with numerous vintage wines as well as over 30 wines by the glass.
Caribou Restaurant + Wine Bar opened in November of 1999. The menu has been developed over many years of visiting restaurants all over North America and the world. Options represent Italian, Asian, Cuban or any other styles of new and exciting cuisine.
Caribou has been listed in "Where to Eat in Canada" for several years running and the wine list has earned the "Wine Spectator Award of Excellence" every year since 2002.

Fine dining at it's best. I had the Tuna Tataki with ginger-chili tamari, wasabi-mayo, crispy sticky rice, spicy bean sprouts, sesame cucumber salad. The Tuna wa perfect and I loved the crispy sticky rice. My wife had the Seafood Linguine with shrimp, bay scallops, mussels, tomato, basil, fresh saffron linguine, bagna butter. I had to steal a little because it look and tasted so good. To start the dinner, we shared the Winter Apple Endive Salad with celery root, maple walnuts, dried cranberries, dijonnaise-poppyseed dressing and Spanish Shrimp with olive oil, garlic, chili, parsley, lemon, butter, bread knot. Both very good and they split the salad into two separate bowls without us having to ask. We finished off the meal sharing the Creme Framboise with cool sweet vanilla custard, warm caramel, raspberries. Delicious. Wine and cocktails paired nicely with dinner. The attention to service can not be overstated here, the place was packed but everyone was treated to first rate friendly service.

It was nice to use OpenTable to make my reservation as this alleviates me to have to wait until they open to call for a booking. When we arrived this place was full house and we were seated quickly. We were greeted with a friendly smile and service. Our server provided us with their drink and dinner menu and the special of the day. We had ordered drinks and the (Spanish shrimp) app which all arrived within decent time considering how busy the restaurant was and they were really good. Our main entree were the Porcini Filet Mignon and my wife order the Salmon. It was delicious!! The whole meal, service and atmosphere made our night out perfect. We definitely recommend and will return!

What a wonderful evening and dinner at Caribou! Our server Ewan was very attentive and kind but not over the top, checking in with us often while letting us enjoy our meals! Our food was delightful - the tuna tataki was tasty as always and the special of Pomegranate Salmon was absolutely delicious.

Delicious food as always and our server was very friendly. However, we were out for my birthday and were told before dessert we had 10 minutes to finish so a large Christmas party could have the table. We ended up going next door to the keg to wait for our ride. We also had a cold draft from the window and it was quite loud.

Our dinner was very tasty.A warm greeting at the door by staff which was very welcoming.Our server,Bianca was amazing.She was very helpful and provided very efficient service.She was delightful.A totally pleasant experience

Fantastic service as we sat on our favorite bar stools, enjoying a cocktail followed by gnocchi & pizza, and finished with an espresso & peanut butter cheesecake. Always a great experience that never disappoints! So glad we made our reservation!!!
