Carnegie Diner & Café offers limited reservations 30% only and 70% walk in. We are brand new and we like to accommodate all of you. Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more. All day breakfast items include a Classic Benedict with optional addition of lobster, Avocado Toast, a BLT Quinoa Bowl with chopped bacon and poached eggs, Steak and Eggs, and three eggs any style served with hash browns and bread. There are a dozen types of pancakes, decadent waffles and French Toast offered. The restaurant also features a full page of plant-based options. Lunch and dinner entrees include rib-eye steak, Atlantic salmon, fish n’ chips, shrimp spaghetti and spaghetti carbonara. Desserts include a decadent 24-layer chocolate cake, pies, cupcakes and over-the-top milkshakes to satisfy your sweet tooth.

    I arrive a minute before my reservation time and the hostess told me they were a out to give my reservation away. I reminded them that i areived on time. I found that they send a text rhat needed response that my table was ready 8 minutes before but i was driving so i could not answer. Service took a long time. They would check in you and then not return for a long period of time. I ordered the vegetarian omelet and when I cut into it, I found sausage in my omelet. I flagged our waiter who told me it would take a second to get to me so another staff came and check on me and I told them I am vegetarian who ordered a vegetarian omelette and they put meat in my food. They made me a new plate which took a while. I notice the staff checked on other tables around us but did not come back to check on us--the odder they got wrong. Food was in large portions. They do have separate page on menu for plant based food which I appreciate.

    What a great find! Such a fun place. The vibe is high with loud-ish music, and lots of fun. Staff are friendly and efficient. Just went for dessert which was amazing, but can’t wait to go back for a meal. For those who don’t know, this is part of the NYC Carnegie location!

    This is not the same Carnegie Deli from NYC. No Dr. Browns sodas. Corned Beef was average. My wife and I are gluten free and supposedly their Cole slaw has gluten....why. Wait staff not very knowledgable about food allergies.

    Everything was amazing! Food and service was spectacular! If I had to say one thing, it was a little loud, but that’s not gonna stop me from going back!

    Excellent services throughout my visit with friends. High Noise level was a major deficiency of my visit

    Our food was delicious, fresh, generous portions. We had roasted half chicken and avocado toast. We both asked for substitutions/add-ons which were accommodated. I was offered an alternative add-on because the one I initially requested was seasonal. Drinks and desserts were also good regarding taste and serving size. Our waiter was very pleasant and regularly checked on us without being intrusive. The manager also stopped by our table and other customers to check that everything was ok. It’s a diner, so noise levels are what one might expect, but we could easily converse without raising our voices. It has a retro diner vibe with posters/photos/vinyl of iconic performers at Carnegie Hall (original diner in New York is near the concert hall). It’s becoming a favorite neighborhood spot so it’s always busy and the one negative is that parking in this popular local shopping center is relatively limited so it can be hard to find a space during peak hours.

    The service and food were excellent. My only complaint is that they don’t have any desserts that are dairy and egg free for those that have food allergies.

    The experience was a good one and we'll most likely return. The only thing that made my rating a four was the omelet was over cooked. The flavor was good but not moist. My wife's avocado toast looked very good and the pancake was good.

    Fantastic portions! Omelette platter had a wonderful green salad and hash browns to round out the dish. Our server, Andrea M, was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely return.
