CARNIVAL is the newest, all things Latino and Caribbean, street food restaurant and bar in Manchester City Centre!

Think Fiery Tacos, Loaded Nachos, Sizzling Tapas, Fresh Calamari, Punchy Rum, Sweet Caipirinhas, Crisp Beers and everybody’s favourite holiday tipple.. Sangria! Our carefully crafted food and cocktail menus will dazzle you, showcasing all the best of what these glorious regions have to offer!

CARNIVAL is a celebration of individuality, colour, food, drink and music. We will be bringing the Sunshine straight from the Caribbean Sea to the Heart of Manchester. Lifting everybody’s spirits on the way and transporting you to a dreamy paradise, where you can relax at golden hour in our comfortable beach cabanas or dine al fresco with the summer backdrop of palm trees the breeze and Reggaeton and Afrobeat tunes playing into the night.

Join us as the summer evenings get longer for a sunset sobremesa full of entertainment, song, dance, and delicious treats. It’s CARNIVAL time!
