Carnivale Bahamas is a vibrant, colorful restaurant that beautifully captures the essence of the Caribbean. From the moment we arrived, we were drawn in by the lively décor and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic! We started with the guacamole and bronzed brisket appetizers, which were bursting with flavor. For our entrees, one family member enjoyed the snapper, while the rest of us shared the family-style paella with chicken. The portions were generous, and every bite was delicious. The highlight of the evening was the stunning view of the marina at night, which added a magical touch to our dining experience. The outdoor bar is impressive, and I highly recommend sitting outside to fully enjoy the ambiance. Carnivale Bahamas is a must-visit for anyone looking for great food, wonderful service, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

I had such high hopes for this restaurant, as I have had such great experiences at Carnivale Chicago. The place is very bright and vibrant, very visually appealing. The service was poor, the drinks took a long time to come out, and they did not all come out at the same time. The server was not too knowledgeable about the menu. The food was not good, which also did not come out at the same time. The Fulton Market salad did not have enough dressing, and when we asked for more, the server asked what dressing we would like. He did not know what dressing was on the salad and brought two dressings out that was not the dressing already on the salad. We had the snapper, which was undercooked, the crawfish, which was also undercooked, and the skirt steak, which was chewy. The brussel sprouts had no flavor but the yucca fries were great, probably the best thing we ate. I was there celebrating a birthday and restaurants usually do something to celebrate special occasions, but nothing here. There are definitely some kinks that need to be worked out. Very disappointed.

Service was amazing! Jamie and her team were awesome. Food was good, grouper had a nice flavor with a kick of spice. Loved the three reef drink. Prices were fine dining but atmosphere felt more casual dining. Overall great experience!

Carnivale is a truly exceptional experience. The food was delicious and the service… the definition of hospitality. 5 stars from the moment we were greeted through dessert.

Food was good. Lite but enjoyable. Service was great. The service was good. My smugglers sour wasn't near as good as it was on my first night there. (Second experience) Ivory was the bar tender on the evening I attended this night. Leroy was the mixologist from the bar on the outside and I don't know who the mixologist was on the inside, but drinks mixed from both areas on this night, (my first experience) were consistently made. While perfect is never possible it is always the aim. We are in a cashless society currently so patrons/I don't need to be reminded of that, it gives a certain discriminatory effect. Unless this is something that you do with all of your patrons. Atmosphere nice and I do look forward to returning atleast once a month.
