Named one of Austin Monthly's 2024 Best New Restaurants, Casa Bianca is a full service restaurant and cocktail bar with a focus on high quality seafood, handmade pastas, and local ingredients. Executive Chef/Owner Joseph Zoccoli's maximalist take on contemporary Italian-American cuisine presents a new and exciting addition to the Austin culinary landscape. While the flavors and names of Chef Zoccoli's dishes come from his family’s origin in Italy, the forms and techniques he employs are informed by a decade of experience cooking Japanese cuisine.

Sporting Bauhaus and Art Deco influenced interior design and centrally located just east of Downtown Austin, Casa Bianca offers reservations for bar, dining room, and al fresco patio dining.

Went for HH on a Tuesday and found out there were $1 oysters…I could end it there, but my wife and I had a great experience celebrating a personal milestone. Cocktails were incredible and the half portions of most of the pastas meant we could try multiple plates. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of dining at Caasa Bianca last night with a group of eight women, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. First off, the service was excellent. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It's always a challenge managing a larger group, but they handled it seamlessly, ensuring drinks stayed full and orders were perfectly timed. The food was outstanding—every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. One of the standout aspects was the variety of gluten-free options, which made it easy for everyone in our group to find something delicious without compromise. It’s always a relief to visit a restaurant that takes dietary preferences seriously without making them feel like an afterthought. The ambiance of Caasa Bianca was also a highlight. It had the perfect balance of being lively but not too loud, so we could enjoy our conversation without shouting over one another. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both intimate dinners and group gatherings. All in all, Caasa Bianca delivered on every level—great food, fantastic service, and a welcoming environment. Dinner was delicious- especially the pastas! Would highly recommend the lasagne. The dessert menu was lacking a bit, but we were too full anyways

Loved everything about this place. Wait staff was impeccable.. every person who came to our table to bring food/drink knew every ingredient in the item and reiterated before setting it down. Each course was DELICIOUS… really intricate menu and unique dishes/flavors. Restaurant has a beautiful aesthetic… we thoroughly enjoyed every minute! We will be back!

The pasta, salad, and crab arancini were all good. Our fried chicken was not great and underdone. It’s a cute place with good atmosphere and good service but I don’t know if it will become one of our date night go-tos.

The food was amazing, the service was amazing! Multiple people checked on us. It was a bit noisy inside for a date night but the accommodations with heaters outside made it great! Very impressed with the place!
