This is a list of all food items for catering and takeout purposes. Prices are listed per person and by tray. All foods will be stored in disposable aluminum containers. Chafing dishes will be available upon request; plastic ware paper plates, are included free of charge. Half-trays feed approximately 25-30 people and full trays feed approximately 40-45 people.
