We offer a house baked bread basket to accompany our authentic Italian menu in a relaxed atmosphere with a well appointed bar. We have the best patio with a fireplace in Birmingham called “Piazza”

We are open Tuesday-Friday from 4 pm to 5 pm for Happy Hour. Only the Happy Hour menu will be available during that hour.

    Excellent food. The service was very good, waited a bit for drinks. Bill was a bit more than expected for what we ordered.

    The signature Don’t Speak cocktail was good. Chianti was very nice. Break basket always wonderful. Oysters were too small. Roasted beet salad was good. Roasted cabbage and lentils entree was outstanding. Chocolate hazelnut torte was very good. Service was outstanding. Christmas tree and roaring fire made it all so cozy.

    I had a table for 7 to celebrate. Birthdays We were crowded into a small room with a larger group and 4 smaller tables. The waitress could barely squeeze between the tables and one of my guests was in the travel path. The noise level was excruciating. This was a reservation on a Wednesday night at 6pm . I expected a quiet atmosphere so that we could visit. Even though this is supposed to be a fine dining restaurant, the atmosphere was more like a bar and grill. The entire evening was ruined and I was extremely disappointed in the experience.

    Casa Pernoi has set the gold standard for exceptional dining and hospitality. During my recent visit, I came specifically for a dish from their previous menu that held a special place in my heart. Not only did they accommodate my request, but Suela and Anthony went above and beyond to make it happen. Their dedication to ensuring my experience was unforgettable speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence. The dish turned out extraordinary—just as I remembered, if not better—and was a testament to their culinary expertise and passion for making guests feel valued.     From the time we walked and were greeted to the time we left everything was wonderful! The food was fantastic! We had the meatballs, Greek salad, and cauliflower soup and I had the Bronzino and everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Elaine great and made our evening, We will be back!

    Not our best experience. Will be a while before we go back. Good & service was mediocre, at best. Noisy & crowded.

    Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Haven’t had porchetta that good outside of Rome before.

    We love this restaurant. Pasta was a little too al dente for us this go around. Also, we sat on the patio which we didn’t like because the view was of the parking structure. Also, the meal was rushed. I’m sorry when I’m spending almost $300 I want the food to come out slowly and not be done in an hour and a half.
