   Dining at Cast and Crew Restaurant is truly a five-star experience from start to finish. This place nails it on every level — the food, the service, the atmosphere — all thanks to an incredible team that clearly loves what they do. Niki, the bartender, is a total rockstar. Her cocktails are spot-on, and she brings such great energy to the bar. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, she makes you feel like an old friend. Her service is quick, warm, and effortlessly professional. Dylan, the manager, sets the tone for the whole operation. He’s friendly, attentive, and keeps everything running smoothly. It’s rare to see a manager so involved and present on the floor — it shows how much pride he takes in the guest experience. And let’s talk about the food — absolutely outstanding. Oliver, the executive chef, is clearly a master of his craft. Every dish we tried was beautifully executed, packed with flavor, and thoughtfully presented. You can tell the kitchen runs on passion and precision. If you’re looking for a place that delivers quality across the board, Cast and Crew is it. Great food, stellar drinks, and a team that truly cares. Can’t wait to come back!

   This was our second pairing event at the Cast & Crew and it was simply perfect! The menu created by the chef truly was magnificent and when paired with two terroir’s one of Oregon and the other French Burgandy regions was heavenly!

   It’s amazing to me that the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend this restaurant is empty. Yet it took 2hrs to serve us. The open kitchen concept illustrated the chef on the phone the entire time, rather than cooking. They had an incredibly difficult time handling a simple allergy request. We asked for salt and the server could not find any, which was evident in my Shrimp Linguine that had absolutely no taste, and the shrimp were way over cooked. The only reason a gave 2 Stars is because the people we dined with enjoyed their fish of the day. Honestly, incredibly disappointed.

   Hardly anyone in the restaurant. Noisy kitchen which is part of the main dining area. You can watch the chaos. Noisy people at the bar. The greeter and our server looked like they should have retired 5 years ago. Super slow service even with a mostly empty restaurant.

   New restaurant, working out the kinks. Staff work diligently to accommodate the guests. Hats off to I think Dilan Nightmanager on 5/24 and day manager on 5/25; they were both engaged and making things happen. To be honest service level has some opportunities but should be fine as they continue to grow. Dilan was simple outstanding, his self awareness allow him to serve his customer with a level comfort and professionalism that is second to none. Ambience top level Look forward to returning

   Fantastic service by Michelle and a beautiful restaurant but food was lacking. Short rib was all fat and coconut crusted corvina was soggy and the entire dish was over sauced and the sauce tasted off. They comped our meal but we, of course left Michelle a tip based on what the bill would be. In addition, the restaurant was empty (except for the bar area) on a Saturday night from 6-730 pm. Valet experience was also bad with waiting 20 minutes for our car and watching a valet attendant hit another car. Maybe will try again in the future as we are local residents and go out often.

   Outstanding restaurant-my opinion the best in the area. Finally Daytona has a fine dining restaurant. I visited last December and had a great meal and experience and couldn't wait to return. Went last night with two friends and had another outstanding experience. We sat down on the covered outdoor patio with a beautiful view of the ocean. We were early and the only ones seated, therefore it was very quiet. The server Myla was very professional and knowledgeable. Will recommend to friends and will return soon.

   We went for Mother's Day brunch. The food tasted good, but it had been sitting around for a long time. Hot food was lukewarm and cold food seemed old.

    Restaurant may be amazing, but Open Table got the hours of operation wrong, but took reservations. We arrived at the restaurant to be told they didn’t open for another hour and a half, even though Open Table took my reservation . Restaurant was apologetic.
