We had an excellent meal and service. We ordered wine and asked them to decant. They did that at the table with quite a show. Our waiter, Anthony, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without hovering: We were pleasantly surprised that they were running the pre-fixe menu on a Saturday evening, that made the value outstanding. We will definitely visit again.

Everything was in the very best order. The service was excellent and we enjoyed a beautiful, 3-course dinner. The food was artistically inspired and prepared with the utmost care. We will definitely return for another wonderful experience in the future.

Our first time there and won’t be the last. Such a pleasant experience. Food was delicious and the Winter Special was a great value.

My first time at Caterina de Medici and I wasn’t disappointed. The service was outstanding and the food delicious. The fixed menu was a great value.

I met my brother and his wife for lunch and everything was perfectly done and delicious. Service was also very attentive and accommodating. I have eaten at all 3 CIA restaurants and take for granted the luxury of being able to do so given I live in Dutchess County. My brother and his wife, on the other hand, had never been to the CIA restaurants given that they live across the river and a fair distance from the CIA campus. They were extremely pleased with all of the lunch entree options, as well as, the food and service. We plan on going back soon so they can experience another of the CIA restaurants. Winter Prix Fixe is an amazing opportunity to experience delicious food for a reduced cost. They can't wait to go back!

We had reserved a private room since we were a group of 8 celebrating a birthday. A great experience! We live 2.5 hours away from the CIA so every year we make dinner reservations in one of their restaurants and stay at a nearby hotel. It is well worth the time and expense.
