   As always, our meal at Celilo was outstanding. We both ordered the salmon, which was perfectly cooked, served over ricotta gnocchi and glazed carrots with a lovely fresh salad, nicely paired with one of our favorite wines, J. Christopher Cristo Irresisto. We had a beautiful lemon cake for dessert. Service was great. Looking forward to our next meal there.

   The food and cocktails/wine were fabulous. Our server, Josh, was the best - so knowledgeable, so professional, and so much fun. He really made our girl’s night out something special.

   Great location, great service. We ordered a mix or be menu and regular menu. Good wine list. Fried Oysters were good but strangely cold. Some of our food we ordered never made it to the table but we enjoyed the meal anyway.

   Kathleen, thank you for letting us know about your experience. We regret that your family didn't receive the experience we strive to provide when you visited and that some of your orders never made it to you. Yes, the fried oysters should have been nice and hot when they reached your table. We hope you will visit us again soon and give us the opportunity to demonstrate that your first experience was well outside of the norm for our guests.    The clam hors d’oeuvre was excellent, as well as my son’s burger and fries. The server was top-notch as well! I had a pork dish and it was very uninspired. I’ve eaten here several times, so I’m sure it was just a miss for the evening. Otherwise, great ambience, and service.

Pork is a protein that we feature year-round and we average about 5 to 6 different pork entrees a year. We regret the German inspiration and influence of our current pork entree wasn't a match for your tastes. But, we hope our next pork ideas will be enjoyable for you and provide us the chance to earn that fifth star!

    We had salmon, New York strip, and pork loin, all delicious. Portion size is ample, but not too large- we finished everything. Our server was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Noise level is a bit high for me, but with hearing aids, restaurant chatter is always a problem. We came home satisfied and happy.

    Toby, thank you so much for visiting and making time to leave this 5-star review. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with the Open Table audience. It looks like you visited on a Saturday night when Celilo experiences peak capacity and volume. Mid-week is quieter. However, we do have one area of our dining room that has less exposure to crowd noise. Please, if you visit again with a reservation, include a note requesting quieter seating. We love to honor those requests as we are able.
