Welcome to Central. We are so excited for you to try all the unique flavors found in the small plates throughout our menu. We love when our guests take their time and try many different small plates from our kitchen. With that in mind we have broken the menu down by rounds as a suggestion for what we feel is the ultimate Central experience. We suggest selecting 2 to 3 dishes per person, starting with items in round 1 and moving on to rounds 2 and 3 from there. Finally, ending with something sweet and decadent from round 4. This is our suggestion. However, there is no right or wrong way to do tapas. Feel free to order as much or little as you like from any part of the menu. Bon Appétit.
