Join us to celebrate that someone special in your life. Featuring an expertly crafted 5 course menu and optional wine pairing. Start off with a amuse bouche of miso duxelles tart with blood orange. house made Kalamata olive bread. First course: Hamachi Crudo with compressed Asian pear & coconut vinaigrette. Second course: Bone marrow consommé with braised beef cheeks. Third Course: Lobster Pappardelle, N.Y. Steak Diane with sweet potato, and Seabass with brown butter squash and grilled radicchio. For Dessert we have a nod to Swan Lake the Odile and Odette of desserts. Choice of Pate a Choux with either vanilla mousseline, lemon curd and raspberry ice cream or chocolate cream, caramel hibiscus, espresso ice cream. 5pm-9pm

Join us at Charlotte Restaurant for a four-course wine and food pairing dinner, featuring Alex Sokol President and 2nd generation wine maker at Sokol Blosser Family Winery in Willamette Valley. Alex is partnering with our Chef, Jon Park. These two have a special night in store for you. The menu will include Smoked Pork Tartlet, Pairing of Scallop & Foie Gras, Tea Smoked Duck with Roasted Chestnut Puree and Stone Fruit Upside-down cake. We are so excited to partner with Sokol Blosser Winery, in 2002 they were awarded with the LEED certification recognizing sustainability practices and also have the distinction of being a B-Corp recognizing their commitment to the earth and the people before profits, giving back to the people and the land.
