   Visitamos Chart House Prime en Annapolis como una mesa de 14 personas, y nuestra experiencia fue absolutamente excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable. Alysa, nuestra mesera, fue increíblemente atenta, asegurándose de que todos estuviéramos cómodos y bien atendidos durante toda la noche. Manejó con maestría nuestra gran mesa, siempre con una sonrisa y una actitud profesional. La comida fue excepcional. Cada platillo estaba perfectamente preparado y presentado. La atmósfera del restaurante es elegante y relajada, con vistas hermosas al puerto que complementaron la velada de manera perfecta. Definitivamente recomendamos Chart House Prime para cenas en grupo o para cualquier ocasión especial. ¡Gracias al equipo y a Alysa por hacer de nuestra noche una experiencia memorable!

   Mucha demora: horas de espera entre la entrada y los platos y el postre. Es la primera vez que tengo una experiencia de mal servicio en este lugar que nos gusta mucho.

   Great food, friendly service. Dessert (chocolate lava cake) was a little overcooked/dry. A little on the pricier side, but we knew that going into it and were fine with it.

   Love the innovative ways food are prepared and presented. The bar cart is a real experience worth every penny. Best Callahan steak ever.

   Terrible experience. Worst table in restaurant and poor service. It was my husband’s 60th birthday and I booked the reservation early on line, then followed up with a phone call. I had requested a table by the bay so we could watch the boats. We literally received the worst table in the restaurant. The table was in the corner next to the server station. My back was to the water. There was an open table by the bay and we were told that was for a “VIP”. The service was poor as well. The server took a significant amount of time to come to our table. Then she brought the wrong bottle of wine and the salad arrived well before the correct wine was brought. When we asked about bread, she said she “had not gotten to that yet”. Next the entrees arrived before we were finished with salads. Would NOT recommend this restaurant for any event or even dinner.

   Arrived 5 minutes before reservation and was told they were "running late". When we inquired about how late, they told us "at least 30 minutes". We went to the bar and found a table being vacated by friends of ours who were being seated after a 40 minute delay. After we sat at a bar table we learned that the full menu was available so we decided to eat there. 30 more minutes before a bar tender acknowledged us. Drinks took awhile. Unfortunately the kitchen timing wasn't great either... Halfway through our appetizers the meal arrived. Owners need to rethink concept. Nothing about it was "prime". Steak was so-so, scallops and shrimp were over sauced. With so many other restaurants in the area, this will be our last visit. Lewnes for steaks, Olearys for seafood. Shop local, it's better.

    Our server was great. We had a 7pm reservation and weren't seated until 7:45. Drinks were great, salads were great, shrimp cocktail was very good. Lamb chop entree was good but not hot when served.
