    Enjoyed a late Sunday breakfast. There are lots of interesting menu choices. All were very good. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend as a somewhat elegant breakfast spot. Will have to go back and try the dinner menu.

    I made a reservation for my daughter’s birthday for no reason because they didn’t check it or honor our requests because they weren’t even looked at. Every table was taken and there was one waiter. We were seated next to the kitchen door. Waited 20 minutes just to get menus (and I had to ask for them). Worst service I’ve ever had, which in part was due to how severely understaffed it was. My daughter’s French toast was $17.50 and it’s literally one small piece of toast. They didn’t have enough china so we got whatever they could find. I’ve been here many times and even had my baby shower here. I tried to talk to the owner with multiple messages that did not get returned. It is not what it used to be. We were totally treated like our business did not matter from server to owner. Very disappointed!

    They were closed! I made a reservation to bring two business clients there because I used to love it several years ago. It was frustrating, inconvenient & embarrassing when we walked up to find it closed. It was 2:30 on a Wednesday & the website states they’re open. I made the reservation a week in advance so there was plenty of time for someone to contact me to let me know they would be closed. The last time I went, about 3 years ago, the service wasn’t great but I love the atmosphere & food so decided to try it again but I guess that was the last time.

    Great time celebrating with my mother and sisters for brunch! The mushroom and spinach crepe was absolutely fabulous.

    Good local restaurant. We usually go there for the fish and chips but other selections are also very good.

    It’s always a pleasure dining at Chat Noir! Love the atmosphere, service, food and tea! I have been dining there for many many years!  Wonderful dining experience !

    The menu selection was great ! A lot to chose from but everything is delicious on the menu especially the the teas are great tasting.
