Chat Thai became an instant smash hit in 1989 when it opened its first restaurant with plenty of heat and authentic Thai dishes. We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay. We look forward to meeting you soon.

    Outstanding food.. generous portions, brilliant balance of heat and spice, fresh and delicious. Awesome authentic Thai cuisine. Unfortunately wine list is very limited and no BYO allowed.

    Delicious, nicely presented food with an extensive menu including a few dishes marked as vegetarian (but not clear if vegan so we did have to ask). Excellent service - attentive and friendly. Lovely cocktails, too.

    Chat Thai gave us the best Thai food we have eaten outside Thailand for a long while. The menu is interesting with a broad range of dishes. Our food was freshly cooked and delicious. Delightful, helpful staff.
