Most of the food was excellent. The potatoes were sub par. Waited 15 minutes to be seated.

A waste of time and money. They didn't have enough workers so even having a reservation, we had to wait a while before someone came to the stand to even help us. They didn't have enough servers either. The food was pitiful. They were out of the appetizer we wanted so we went with the crab cakes instead. They weren't bad, but nothing special. I ordered the sea bass and my husband got the seafood linguine. I would've been embarrassed to serve the so called linguine. It was not linguine for starters, but some other noodle, which was overcooked and too soft. It was also tasteless. It was as if the sauce was a very watered down chicken stock instead of the white wine sauce that it was supposed to have. They seemed more concerned with presentation than taste. It came with 3 shrimp but they were tough and overcooked. We both had mussels that came with our dish but they were cold. We had mussels as an appetizer the night before and they were good, but the ones with our dishes were cold and not good. My sea bass wasn't bad, but I wouldn't call it good either. It wasn't worth even close to what we paid. My husband couldn't even eat any of his pasta. We were very disappointed, and will never return to stay here since they can't provide food worth eating.

Waitress not helpful had to chase her down. Too many customers per wait staff. Food only two lunch entrees on buffet, other than cafe menu. Food low to med quality

Enjoyed our dinner and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel. The food was excellent.

There was a conference going on in the resort. There was one waiter in the restaurant and two waitresses from the Atrium. They weren’t helping him they were taking care of there customers. The soup order didnt get turned in. The Lamp Chops were burnt. I picked this place because it was supposed to be the number 1 romantic restaurant in Branson for our 32nd anniversary. It was terrible and a huge waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I don’t necessarily blame the waiter, he was running his butt off. The management needs to be help accountable for not having enough staff during a conference.

We look forward to either breakfast or lunch during the Christmas season. This year we took friends to see how the Chateau was decorated! The setting was great BUT Grille was NOT! Slow service….waitress almost disappeared. Food was cold and average tasting… tables around us had the same opinion….SAD!

The live quartet was great! The setting is beautiful. The food was varied and very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the brunch. Opportunity for improvement: The check-in did not start until 11 when they opened and was slow.

The decor was beautiful and the food was delicious. The staff were all very cold, disinterested and disengaged. We had reservations along with several other groups and waited at the hostess podium for 20 minutes. Everybody commented with the same wonder and surprise and one couple just left. Hotel staff would pass by...no eye contact, no greeting, no smiles. We entered the bakery and it was the same. The gentleman behind the counter didn't greet us, ask if we'd like something from the dessert case or even make eye contact, so we left empty handed and money still in our pocket. The employees encountered in hallways were the same way. No eye contact, stone-faced and no verbal interaction. Very cold and sterile. For a hospitality experience, especially with it being the "Santa Clause experience" I expected warm smiles, "hello's" and light chatter. The gingerbread house display was fantastic and like I said, the decor was beautiful and the food was good.
