We Italians like to say that a gesture is worth 1000 words. When our hands aren’t in use, creating or experimenting with canvas and brushes, marble and chisel, pan and pot, we mould air with our fingers. CHE VUOI which translates to ‘what do you want’ is often an involuntary gesture, something we can’t help doing… Like sharing our love for Nonna’s rustic family dishes, fresh homemade pastas, artisan wood fire pizzas and great wines in a simple and relaxed atmosphere. We are regulars as the food is always fantastic, service fantastic, and despite being busy everything comes out quickly, and together. Always busy, and always a bit noisy, but it’s perfect and in keeping with the vibe of the place… Marco and his team do it so well…

Although Che Voi has been open for some time, I wanted to try it before the influx of the summer holiday makers. Excellent service, food and cocktails! Looking forward to visiting again when summer is over! A great addition to the local restaurant scene. Also try their sister restaurant Kava (Greek) in Ocean Grove. Another excellent venue.

Will never go to this restaurant again! While food & service were good, the noise from adjacent table was overwhelming to the point that you could not have a conversation.

We have eaten here many times and always enjoy our meals. However, on this occasion, the food was well below par. All six of us had issues with our meals. The spaghetti marinara was tasteless, the meatballs lacked any flavour, and we were overpriced for three very small meatballs. The pizzas were average at best. There needs to be a balance between turning over tables to drive revenue and maintaining a high quality of food. The service was very good, we did advise our server of the disappointing food as it was evident by how much food was left on our plates.
