Chesapeake’s West derives much of its authentic Eastern Shore qualities from décor that features genuine nautical antiques and artifacts. Pairing this cozy, seaside ambiance with welcoming service and fresh ingredients has made it the perfect spot for creating memorable moments.

As part of the Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants, we offer fresh seafood that’s sourced daily, local, handcrafted microbrews, an extensive wine list and prime-graded beef. We are known for live Maine lobster, Maryland Crab cakes, a variety of fresh fish, and assorted oyster selection.

Chesapeake’s features a raw bar, Sunday brunch, and happy hour in the bar/lounge. Full menus — including gluten free options are available and can be enjoyed on our patio. Free onsite parking and a courtesy shuttle is available for local hotels.

Did not realize it was going to be a Buffett only at 50$/person. Ran out of food items, food not even warm in most instances. Very disappointed as we love Chesapeakes usually.

I've eaten at this restaurant numerous times and reserved through open table each time. This particular event was for a birthday party for my son-in-law so we made the reservations for a fine restaurant as we have in the past. We were not informed in advance that on this particular day, it was not a sitdown restaurant With normal service and warm food to order, but it was a buffet! This restaurant should have made that apparent on the open table reservation page when that date was chosen, I would not have picked that restaurant for this special occasion.

We tend to eat at Chesapeake’s somewhat often. My husband chose Chesapeake for his Father’s Day dinner because he loves their menu and the food. When we got there, we were very disappointed that they had a buffet and we could not order from the menu. For $50 each I could’ve gotten The same food selection but better at another local restaurant we like. Unfortunately, it being Father’s Day finding this out when we arrived did not leave us much option to go someplace else so we spent $100 on food we could’ve gotten elsewhere for half the price.

Great meal well prepared. The kitchen was a little backed up because of a number of large parties, but our server kept us informed.

We arrived promptly at our reservation time. We were immediately greeted and seated. Our server was Dustin. Dustin was very knowledgeable about the menu, professional and lively. Appetizers, salad and entrees were all timed perfectly and each one delicious. Dustin enhanced our experience with his exceptional customer service. Great Job Chesapeake's.
