All of our offerings have a unique twist on classic American fare. But it’s the beef that’s the real star. Our Beef is served at its optimal temperature and paired perfectly with scrumptious sides, each bite is a mouthwatering delight. If you’re hungry for a fantastic steak, then be sure to try one of our many cuts. Our artisan burger features inventive toppings, high-grade ground beef, and a warm buttered bun making Chisholm’s burger a fan favorite.

While all of our meals are fantastic standing alone, we find they are best paired with one of our carefully selected drink options! Service was incredibly slow..like 15 minutes to have my first soft drink delivered to the table. Ordered my food pretty soon after I sat down to cut down on wait time and I waited 40 minutes for a pizza..that came out partially burnt on one side. First slice of pizza was decent however it was so hot that the fake wood platter it was served on didn’t let any moisture escape underneath so the crust got soggier and soggier as it sat. The flavor of the pizza itself was decent, except they use tooooo much corn meal on the bottom. Also soft drink was flat. The manager is also less educated than his employees, was told I could use my $15 food credit and pay the rest on my card by a waitress. Waiter told me he didn’t know how, went and got his manager who said and I quote, “we can’t do that so looks like you’ll just have to pay for it yourself”. The waitress then had to come over and show her manager how to use their own register… Overall, as an avid traveler (mostly for work unfortunately) save yourself the trouble and time, go somewhere else!

After having a very positive experience with a Holiday Brunch they had, we were looking forward to something much better than we experienced for dinner on April 19th. We appreciate being able to make a reservation using Open Table. It was a Friday evening when we arrived and told the host we had a reservation. They said we could sit anywhere we wanted in the lounge; we weren't given the option to be in the main dining area. We appreciated being able to choose between a 5 oz or 8 oz pour of wine. The appetizers seemed more like bar food options although the entree pricing was more like a fine steakhouse which I believe they are wanting to be. We ordered the French Onion soup and Lobster Bisque and were very disappointed in both appearance and quality, so much so that we didn't finish them. The steaks were more expensive than what we wanted to spend and we were a bit dubious about what we would get after the soup, so we decided to order their open face sliced steak sandwich with fries and a side order of their Sweet Potatoe Soufflé. The sandwich was average, the fries had truffle salt which was nice but they weren't very hot and the Soufflé was nothing more than mashed sweet potatoes with toasted miniature marshmallows on top. We probably won't be going back.

Great food and drink selection. The seared halibut was great. Pizzas also looked delicious. This was a great place to unwind after traveling. My only complaint is that I wish the bar stayed open later.

I would not recommend this place to anyone several things on the menu were not available. The food was so so and for being a beef and ale house. The only thing that was OK was pizza.

We had a reservation for Valentine’s Day. We got there 15 mins early and just stood and waited. Staff kept just passing us by. We finally had to stop a server to ask about our reservation. She then sat us in a section that was part of the hotels bar. We sat there for 15 mins without service and the same server came and moved us to the restaurant. We were seated between other couples while the main portion of the restaurant was empty. We were kind of stuffed in life fish. . While talking to them, one couple next to us had been waiting 30 mins for drinks. They had ordered food but were still waiting. Another couple next to us had waiting at that point one hour and forty five minutes for food. We decided to just leave. At the point we left, none of the people around us had gotten their food. So cannot really comment on much because we were so dissatisfied at the inception. We were there roughly an hour without even having the opportunity to order a drink.

Valentine’s dinner date was a disaster. Everyone in the restaurant was very upset. Tables were receiving incorrect food orders and they were definitely short staffed. This dinner was a 4 course dinner occasion and we waited 50 minutes for our appetizers. When the main course (filet steaks and mashed potatoes) came out our potatoes were cold. 120 mins of frustration and pure disappointment. We got to go boxes for the food and asked them to pack up our deserts. 1 hour drive to the restaurant and 1 hour drive back home. I would like to try this place out again but not during a national holiday.

We reserved a specific table via their website online for 4:00pm. When we arrived and said we had a reservation, the server told us it was open seating in a certain area area. I asked her what about our reservation? She said "We only have open seating in this area." The area was packed of other people being very loud, having a party. She then told us that the kitchen did not open until 5:00 which was not disclosed to us when making the reservation. We decided to sit down and have a drink with our two children and wait for the kitchen to open. We felt like we were very underdressed, which is our own fault. The drinks were good. I'm sure the food would have been good had we stayed long enough to eat it. It is a very high priced dining facility. However, the people having the party were very loud and just a few feet behind us and it was too much. It was not the place to bring our kids and the loudness was giving us so much anxiety. We ended up finishing our drinks and explained to the server that we were disappointed that we did not get our reservation as expected as well as not informed of the kitchen not opening until 5:00pm. The server understood. For two alcoholic beverages, a soda and a water, plus a tip, our total was $30. We paid and left and went somewhere else.
