All of our offerings have a unique twist on classic American fare. But it’s the beef that’s the real star. Our Beef is served at its optimal temperature and paired perfectly with scrumptious sides, each bite is a mouthwatering delight. If you’re hungry for a fantastic steak, then be sure to try one of our many cuts. Our artisan burger features inventive toppings, high-grade ground beef, and a warm buttered bun making Chisholm’s burger a fan favorite.

While all of our meals are fantastic standing alone, we find they are best paired with one of our carefully selected drink options! Choose from various local ales and craft beers either on tap or in the bottle. Enjoy a glass of wine to enhance the flavors of your meal. Nothing special. A bit pricey for steak in my opinion. Texas roadhouse is cheaper and just as good or better.

Steak was blah. Little to no seasoning and they don't offer any sauce. For a $50 steak I expected more. The alcohol prices are deceptive and also over priced. I will not be back

Chisholm beef and Ale house was a good place to eat. Not a very big menu to choose from. Some items are a little pricey. I had the 16 oz ribeye and the flavor and seasoning was done right.

Went to Thanksgiving buffet. They ran out of food and didn't replenish most of it.

Service was incredibly slow..like 15 minutes to have my first soft drink delivered to the table. Ordered my food pretty soon after I sat down to cut down on wait time and I waited 40 minutes for a pizza..that came out partially burnt on one side. First slice of pizza was decent however it was so hot that the fake wood platter it was served on didn’t let any moisture escape underneath so the crust got soggier and soggier as it sat. The flavor of the pizza itself was decent, except they use tooooo much corn meal on the bottom. Also soft drink was flat. The manager is also less educated than his employees, was told I could use my $15 food credit and pay the rest on my card by a waitress. Waiter told me he didn’t know how, went and got his manager who said and I quote, “we can’t do that so looks like you’ll just have to pay for it yourself”. The waitress then had to come over and show her manager how to use their own register… Overall, as an avid traveler (mostly for work unfortunately) save yourself the trouble and time, go somewhere else!

After having a very positive experience with a Holiday Brunch they had, we were looking forward to something much better than we experienced for dinner on April 19th. We appreciate being able to make a reservation using Open Table. It was a Friday evening when we arrived and told the host we had a reservation. They said we could sit anywhere we wanted in the lounge; we weren't given the option to be in the main dining area. We appreciated being able to choose between a 5 oz or 8 oz pour of wine. The appetizers seemed more like bar food options although the entree pricing was more like a fine steakhouse which I believe they are wanting to be. We ordered the French Onion soup and Lobster Bisque and were very disappointed in both appearance and quality, so much so that we didn't finish them. The steaks were more expensive than what we wanted to spend and we were a bit dubious about what we would get after the soup, so we decided to order their open face sliced steak sandwich with fries and a side order of their Sweet Potatoe Soufflé. The sandwich was average, the fries had truffle salt which was nice but they weren't very hot and the Soufflé was nothing more than mashed sweet potatoes with toasted miniature marshmallows on top. We probably won't be going back.

Great food and drink selection. The seared halibut was great. Pizzas also looked delicious. This was a great place to unwind after traveling. My only complaint is that I wish the bar stayed open later.

I would not recommend this place to anyone several things on the menu were not available. The food was so so and for being a beef and ale house. The only thing that was OK was pizza.
