CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

We went there for a new year’s dinner with the family. I was positively surprised that even it was fully booked, service and food were excellent! They have a really good standard.

We decided to try Chop Steak house on New Year's Eve, Great meal, great value for your money we thought. Will definitely be back Staff was great , I am sorry I forgot our waitress name but they were all good and attentive👍

Not a very comfortable table. Quite a tight fit and table and benches were fixed in place.

Was a great experience from start to finish. Seated immediately and service was very prompt. Very friendly waitress who was very knowledgeable. Wine choices were good, food was excellent as well. Only issue was it was a bit cold in there. Wasn’t a busy night so that could be why. Overall we would recommend it

You're serving AAA grade meat at Sterling Silver prices which is a disgrace. If I want AAA steak, I can easily get that from a grocery store. You need to step your game up and provide higher quality food court your asking price. It was Special occasion for my daughter and myself, and explaining the food situation to a young manager, who clearly didn't know enough about meat to understand is your responsibility. I asked to be compensated for the poor quality, and that was provided with desserts and coffee at no cost. I will not be returning to your franchise, it's well below good standards.
