CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

The fully loaded baked potatoe was cold, small and far from loaded. This is the fourth time I order that type of potato at Chop. I am never coming back.

We have been going to Chop for a number of years and have always been more than satisfied. We prefer it to the Keg, particularly the prime rib which comes in two size portions. The food is great the wait staff is terrific so no complaints.

This place was a gem - atmosphere was fun and the decor was amazing. We both loved our meals and our waitress was wonderful

CHOP never disappoints. Wife got the rib eye with blue cheese and she loved it. I got the prime rib delicious. They were both cooked perfectly. Smoked Old Fashion was a great addition.

I’ve been here so many times. Today was first time I was disappointed with service and my meal ….. service because when I told the server my white wine was warm - and I mean warm - she didn’t offer to replace nor make a price adjustment. When I asked if she met the bar know she said yes, the fridge was broken. Well if she found that out the. Please replace my warm wine but instead I had to fill ice in glass and water it down. Then my meal was served - Cobb salad - it was missing ingredients- the avocado. Server then retrieved avocado from kitchen and gave to me but a third of it was black. I scooped off the bad part and left on the plate for her to see - nothing, no response. And should I have to tell them my salad is missing ingredients? The. The service was super slow when we ordered dessert. Anyway - overall disappointed and turned off - I feel a price adjustment should have been offered or an apology from management for all the errors.
