CHOP was created for people who love connecting, sharing experiences, and everything steak. Chop London is proudly Canadian, locally owned, and only a short drive off the 401. Priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. We put this same level of care into each of our plant-based, seafood, gluten-conscience dishes, and hand-crafted cocktails.

                  This was our first time here and we were not disappointed!! They brought us out a free sample of one of their apps to try and let us order off the dinner menu!! We have had poor experiences at other steak houses so it was nice to finally have a great meal!

                  My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at CHOP! It was our first time and we will definitely be back. The staff treated us with over the top care and our server, Milo, made sure we had meals that we LOVED. Food was absolutely delicious! The ambience was perfect for a cozy date night together.

                  Relaxing, elegant, and a feeling of being with family is how this experience felt! The decor was inviting and cozy and the food was superbly done. Faith was our waitress and my wife and I so enjoyed her bubbly, energetic, warm friendly spirit. It was contagious and made the evening just right! She went out of her way to make sure we both had everything we needed, especially since we have complicated food restrictions. She answered every question and ensured our orders were modified without sacrificing quality or taste. We can’t say enough about how well she did. This establishment is A+.

                  Had an excellent evening with friends last night at Chops. “Evan” our server was very personable, attentive and made the evening enjoyable on top of the good food and ambiance. Highly recommended for anyone wanting good food, great service and experience with friends. Thanks!

                  We were celebrating our anniversary, which was noted on our reservation as well as a requested booth. We were sat in the room off to the left, which looks like it’s for large parties or overflow. So that was disappointing, we’ve been to Chop before for our anniversary and had a fabulous experience. Our waitress was terrible, she may have been new but she could not remember anything. We were almost worried for her. The food was great, thank goodness, that saved our evening. I’m not sure I’d recommend going for a special occasion based on our experience last night.
