ChopHouse Grille is a lively and approachable restaurant offering fresh seasonal fare, steaks, unique handcrafted cocktails, spirit-free beverages, PA craft beer on tap and over 23 wines by the glass along with a well-curated bottle list. The light-filled restaurant is the picture of comfortable elegance with a palate of cool grays and cream clapboard walls and high ceilings with exposed wood beams. The zinc-topped bar serves as a lively focal point against warm, wood toned tables and smoky navy-blue banquets which set the stage for the upscale, yet casual dining experience. The four seasons room opens to the patio with a fire pit and lounge seating to complete the comfortable, sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere.

We went to the chop House grill with another couple. We had a drink at the bar, which was great. We were intended to buy two bartenders who were very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the entire bar and restaurant. It was somewhat modern, but not too modern from my liking. The service we had from our waitress was fantastic. She was very personable and friendly. The food we had was good, but I wouldn't call it great. We had everything from braised rib, to lobster, to fish. The smoked old fashions were fantastic, possibly the best I've ever had.

I have been to the Chop House in exton a few times over the holidays and never once let down over the quality of the food. It was always hot, didn't feel like one course was waiting for the other. Perfect, something like you would expect from higher end places. Only one thing i would suggest, wait staff better educated on pairing drinks to your apps, or your meals. You are at the point where you don't want the new waiter but rather a seasoned waiter that knows how to communicate and get the entire table's attention. Some call it up selling, but i call it ambiance. It's part of the experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner. I have celiac disease (food allergy) but they were fully knowledable about celiac. I had the ceasar sald, less croutons, and my wife had the salmom, I had the t-bone steak.

Cocktail and food were ok. I very much dislike the lighting there. Way too bright for a date spot.

I went to Chophouse for a business lunch with 2 colleagues. Our waitress Bridget was very professional and friendly. The food was very good and reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Our first experience at ChopHouse was very nice. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife had a fish special, which she loved. I had a NY strip special. The steak was cooked perfectly. However, it had a lot of gristle, and I didn't think it was worth the cost. I was sad I hadn't had the filet which was $10 cheaper. This is a beautiful place to eat.
