The heart of Glasgow’s Southside. We are a Bar & Restaurant for the locals, ran by locals and here to celebrate the greater side of Glasgow.

We pride ourselves on being the venue for every occasion, whether that be shakin’ up some cocktails on a Tuesday, bringing in Gran’s 80th birthday on Friday or enjoying a wholesome Roast on a Sunday. We have recently launched a new menu with a real “POW with WOW!” and you can expect a little tingle on your taste buds as you read through our new food and drinks menu.

Join us for a tree-mendous morning of festive family fun yule be sorry to miss! Santa will be here spreading Christmas cheer at his Grotto, giving the perfect opportunity for a festive photo op and his elf helpers will even be handing out presents to those on the 'nice list'. When: 7th, 14th and 21st December from 10 am to 1 pm-Santa will be visiting from 10:30am to 12:30 pm What's included...? Priced at £15per person, kids will receive a drink, a pancake stack with a choice of toppings, a present, AND a chance to meet Santa and his elves! Adults will receive a brunch dish per person, with filter tea & coffee. Please note that we will contact you in advance of your booking to help Santa provide age appropriate gifts for your little ones!

Good food, we had a coupon so excellent value. There was a game on so it was very loud, but that's to be expected. Service was okay.

Food and service were excellent. Value for many and great choice on menu. Staff very helpful and attentive however not intrusive. Will definitely book again for both and drinks as it’s a lovely atmosphere.

Tapas menu wasn’t available, which was our main reason for booking here so we were quite disappointed. This would’ve been good to know beforehand. Food took a long time to come out, so we had to eat quickly so as not to miss our next activity booking. No other drinks offered during our long wait. The food was delicious when it arrived so we were pleased with this. Atmosphere was pretty non existent as it was so quiet.

Food was really not good, fried food had so much batter which was dark and greasy. Dirty fries were cold.

C on H used to be a fav, but last Friday will def make me reconsider booking again. There was a guy playing the guitar which was all very nice, but sooooo loud, we could not speak to each other while having dinner. The reason we met was to talk and catch up, the music was uncomfortably loud and we left early. Another thing we were not keen on was the service charge being added surreptitiously to the final bill. I don't agree with this on a table for 2. Larger parties and Christmas time - fine, but not automatically on small tables. We were not expecting that and nearly went ahead and did a second tip, on top. So overall, not for us and we won't be back.

As for the service charge, this is automatically added to all dining tables due to the volume of cashless payments made now, but it is fully optional and can be removed from the bill by speaking to a member of our team.
