Churchill's es realmente uno de los grandes asadores del país. Es uno de los pocos asadores que sirven exclusivamente carne 100% de calidad USDA Prime, de ganado del medio oeste de EE.UU. alimentado con maíz. Los lomos se maduran en seco y son cortados a mano en el restaurante por su propio Maestro Cortador de Carne, para asegurar la mejor calidad. Los bisteces se cocinan en una parrilla hecha a medida, con calor en la parte superior, a temperaturas entre 1800 y 2200 grados, conservando los sabrosos jugos. El impresionante menú de Churchill's incluye chuletas de corderos domésticos de calidad USDA Prime, chuletas de cerdo raza Duroc, pescado fresco, moluscos y otros mariscos de temporada, como patas frescas de cangrejo moro de Florida y salmón real del río Copper. Su panadería produce todos los días bollos recién horneados junto con distintos tipos de pasteles y postres caseros. Los que visiten el restaurante por primera vez deben probar su famoso "Chocolate Sack" (postre de chocolate). Our server was a delight and the food impeccable. We enjoyed our evening listening to a gentleman absolutely kill it on the piano. When asked if they could accommodate a handicap spot and they generously offered to take us downstairs in their private elevator. It was an amazing evening and can't wait to do something like that again.

The server we had was very attentive to us, she mad us feel at home. The fillet mignon was exquisite, and drinks were delicious.

We always love the bar at Churchill's. Very different experience than the dining room upstairs. Christina was great as always.

As always, our time at Churchill’s was outstanding. This is hands down my favorite restaurant. I love being seated downstairs and getting the pleasure of listening to piano. Wait staff is on point. Food is incredible. Best steakhouse mac n cheese I’ve ever had. We have been back several times. Special occasions spot for sure but so worth it.

As we are new to Spokane this was our 1st experience. We went for my husband’s birthday. We both ordered the Ribeye. As we had just taken our first bite the waiter came by and ask us how everything was. As so far the flavor was delicious we said everything was fine. She never asked again and maybe I should have brought it up anyway. But if we were actually served Ribeye which I don’t believe we were it was the toughest Ribeye i have ever eaten. The was no marbling had quite a bit of gristle. For $300.00 I think it was a horrible experience And is extremely over priced

Hannah was the best server…she made my husbands birthday so fun and so special. The espresso martini is the best in town and the steak was prepared perfectly.
