A nice, cozy, and friendly environment where anyone can come to eat regardless of the occasion. We serve a variety of typical Latin dishes, empanadas, wine, and beer.

We give everyone a taste of freshly made Latin cuisine in our “Little Manhattan-Style Restaurant” as it was put by the Stratford Town Hall we were selected for the town’s award of “Best Use of Small Space”

We requested a quiet table where we could talk since this was a gathering that took 20 years to make happen and ALL of our expectations we met to our greatest satisfaction! Our server Lena was attentive without being onstrusive and the food was well enjoyed by all! HIGHLY recommend and our friends agreed!

Loved everything about this restaurant from the delicious food to the impeccable service to the well appointed mid century decor. Everything was top notch. I will definitely be returning.

Enjoyed dinner & drinks at Cibus last evening with a small group. The "restaurant week" menu provided good choices and was very well prepared. As always the service was excellent.
