Chef Ati Malaj has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years with Ciccio being his fourth restaurant in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
When you eat at Ciccio, you will gracefully taste his carefully crafted choices of ingredients. He is consistently raising the bar with innovated twists on all of his dishes.
Our mission is to have a place with not just extraordinary food, but also one that will make you feel at home, offering the highest standards in quality and service. From the logo to the silverware, every single detail was thought out and it has a why behind it. Talking about our logo, we don’t call it just a logo; we wanted it to tell a story and that’s exactly how it turned out. As simple as it looks, it tells our story.
The word “Ciccio” [pronounced CH EE – ch oh] means “sweetheart/an affectionate way of calling someone you love” in Italian, and that is exactly how he and his family feel about this place and what it represents to them.

    First things first... the food is remarkable. This was our first time at Ciccio and we absolutely loved it. The pasta was fresh and piping hot. The flavors were all on point. The meatball app was marvelous and my lasagne was perfect. Really loved the food and we will definitely return based on that. The reason we are rating this a 3-star was based on the incredibly poor service we received from our server (I won't out her on Yelp, but her name started with a T). We waited for a long time for her to grace us with her presence to order our entrees. After our initial glasses of water and after waiting 20 minutes for a refill, I had to get up and find another server to bring us a pitcher of water. Mind you, we saw our server clearly standing around doing nothing. We relied on other servers to make our night enjoyable, despite our inattentive server. It took her 10 minutes to pick up our check after presenting it to us. Just awful service. This place has all the potential in the world, but if they have more servers like the one we had tonight, it's going to be challenging for them to survive. We will definitely return. We will request anyone but T. On second thought… I don’t want anyone else to have our server. Her name is Tania.

    The atmosphere is unique and well done. With an older relative that sometimes struggles with noise level, this was perfect! Food was very good and plan to come back often. Great job!

    Food was so amazing, service is always excellent. This has become a favorite and you cannot pass on the cannolis best I’ve ever had.

    Wow, what a great experience. My wife is very “frugal” and I do not get “treat” her with something that is non-discounted very often. But here everything was so great that she did not mind (granted we shared a meal), LOL.

    Very popular spot. Reservations delayed a bit but not too bad. Pretty loud due to popularity and wait service was a bit long. They need to expand their space and get some additional staff. Food was great and drinks were good.
