   Service was extremely slow. It took nearly 10 minutes after being seated to be approached by a server and an hour to get our food after placing an order. We ate late; 815 we arrived and the place was not that busy other than a party in the bar area. After an hour of waiting the food finally arrived and mine was wrong. I ordered a chimichanga and received a burrito. When we told the server, his response was my food was correct; explained how it wasn’t and was again told it was. He did take it off the bill and offered to get me something else but at that point my family was nearly done with their food and I didn’t want to wait any longer so I didn’t eat. Additionally he never cleared the plates from our table, big pet peeve of mine. My husband did enjoy his fajitas. We were here last year and it was a much better experience but after this I likely won’t return.

   Me and my wife are not picky at all when it comes to food, but the steak tacos were dried out and over cooked, and got the birria burrito bowl and the meat had a nasty flavor, was barely edible…

   We went to Cinco Ninos for the breakfast buffet. We were able to get right in. The selection of food was massive! Often times when food is made in bulk, it’s lacking in flavor- definitely not the case here! Everything we tried was fantastic! If we make it back to Kalahari, we’ll definitely be back for the breakfast buffet!

   Food was basic Mexican-style but service put the experience over the top - we had a blast and were treated with such warmth and welcome!

   The restuarant was half full and it took over an hour for our food to come out. 5 out of 7 of us were brought our meals. The other 2 waited another 20 minutes for their meals. Over 2 hours for tacos. Do not recommend!

   New Years Day Dinner was the worst experience, Stale chips, they were sold out of Birria... Steak Fajitas had no flavor, Salsa was water....It was not that busy

   We had to wait 20 minutes for a high chair, they told us that we also would need to wait 20-30 minutes for food because there was a large party ahead of us even though restaurant was not busy. Seems strange at a family resort where they knew well in advance how many people would be staying. Food was very good!

    Fun for all. Slow, but fair given that it’s in a resort. Portions were large.
