We are a unique and trendy restaurant, bar and lounge located in Canterbury, High Street. Our talented chefs have created a fusion menu with a twist, bringing you different tastes from around the world in every dish and for those with a sweet tooth, we bring you delicious desserts including cakes and ice cream.

Our executive drinks menu includes illy coffee and an array of cocktails prepared by our talented bartenders. To add to your experience, our outdoor Terrace is captivating and relaxing place to lounge and enjoy a shisha customised by you from our exclusive range of flavours. For bookings of groups larger than 15, you will be required to call the venue and also to confirm whether you will be dining with us and provide us with your pre-order.

We had a lovely brunch on Saturday, the food was excellent really liked the starter and we had the smash burgers and chicken club. Some of the tables were quite rowdy but this is to be expected at a bottomless brunch. The service we received from our waiter was good, the only negative was the drinks service was slow from the bar and we only had time for 4 drinks during the time as they took a long time to bring out. The waiter was apologetic and tried to help by ordering two together at the end.

Thanks for the review Jade, we always appreciate all feedback we get from our guests. Bottomless brunch does tend to attract big groups so the volume can get a little higher than usual as everybody enjoys themselves. The smash burgers are awesome, definitely one of our best sellers. We do try and make sure our drinks service is as speedy as possible at all times and especially during our brunch service but with a huge volume of drinks being served the speed of service can occasionally drop below the level we'd like, we are constantly evaluating our bar service to make sure we are doing everything possible to ensure prompt service. I hope the negatives from your visit didn't detract from an otherwise good visit and we hope to be able to welcome you back again soon.

The food was to a very high standard. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Did not wait long for drinks or food. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. Very pleased with our visit will definately book again

We were charged extra for shishas,offer was 2 for 36,when bill came we were charged 40£. Rather dissapointing. Also food took forever to arrive. feel free to check the bill- 59059,table 204

Lovely restaurant, easy to book. Great spot with a great ambience. Food is more filling than it seems! Attentive but not overbearing waiters. Highly recommend!

The service was really great & food nice! Also good vibe with a dj! Enjoyed our evening. Only one thing, we booked a terrace table but didn’t realise that the whole terrace is a smoking area. There needs to be a pop up on open table when your booking an outside table making people aware of this, I would never have chosen a terrace table if I knew this information, luckily they had tables inside to move us too.

I visited Citi terrace on the 31st of August and I am very disappointed with my service. It seems to be your staff members don’t understand the importance of customer loyalty after I have been a very loyal customer to citi terrace for the last 6+ years and have spent countless amounts of money here. I mentioned when the waitress brought over 3 cocktails, that I would like to decline one of them and have that taken off our bill as that’s not been an issue before but apparently last night this couldn’t happen and there is a lot of miscommunication between staff members as two waitresses said different things. The waitress with slicked back black hair, swore at me and my friend which is highly unprofessional and rude. I will never return to this establishment again.

Hi Becky Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback after your visit. I'm sorry to hear that your visit left you unsatisfied. Just to clarify, if somebody orders something and we make it and serve it and there's no issue with what we've served, we will charge for it. In most trades if someone is commissioned to work (build a house / paint a portrait / make a drink), unless there is a fault with the work done, it needs to be paid for, we can't unmix a cocktail and put the ingredients back in to bottles, of course if we have made a mistake, we would never dream of charging for it. We also spoke to our team to investigate the conduct of our waitresses, we are satisfied that none of our staff would ever swear at any of our guests, it would be considered as gross misconduct.
