Last night, my husband and I went here for Valentine’s Day. I am short, and they gave me a high chair, which made my legs hang and go numb. We requested to change the table, but they refused, saying it was reserved. However, if the table was reserved, how was it not available for an exchange? They told us someone would be coming for the table in 10 minutes, but no one showed up for an hour. We ordered wings, but they didn’t arrive for 30 minutes. When we asked about our order, they said it was still cooking. How can wings take 30 minutes to cook? They didn’t want to admit they forgot our order, and even after we asked again, they just kept saying, ‘It’s coming.’ Meanwhile, we noticed that other customers were receiving better service, with their orders arriving on time and their requests being accommodated. It felt like there was no equal customer service. Frustrated, we told them we didn’t want the wings anymore, asked for the bill, and left.

The service provided was excellent. The ambience was just right, a great place to meet in a chill atmosphere and enjoy food, drinks and good music

The staff are the sweetest. Food is consistently good and we love to have our girls nights there. I even lost my bracelet and they are actively looking for it.

My Saturday evening was super enjoyable at this lounge: they had great food and drinks at reasonable prices, shisha with upgrade options such as ice or pineapple head with a variety of flavours to choose from, a live belly dancer who also had a fire act and a live dj with amazing taste in music! Bottle service was always a show and the sharing platter was such a great variety of everything they offer on their menu. The belly dancer interacted with every guest, building the hype before the dj dropped hit after hit until 2am. The music left guests dancing in their seats or on the floor. Amazing vibes, exceptional service with a smile and great food and Shisha- I will definitely be returning, this place is a gem!

I have been coming to this shisha spot for many years. I love their shisha, food and drinks. Service is really good too and the music and vibe is always on point!
